The new community features spacious apartments with many different floor plans to choose from and beautiful views of the Hill Towns. The building’s design includes multiple dining rooms featuring restaurant-style dining, the Pioneer Valley Pub where happy hours will be held, the Columbia Health & Fitness Center with state-of-the-art exercise equipment, Salon551 where residents can have their hair and nails done and get a massage, the Mount TomTheater with surround-sound featuring popular movie and TV selections, the Creative Arts & Computer Center, and beautifully landscaped outdoor areas with community gardens.

A Strong LOCAL Team

Our Executive Director, Beth Cardillo, and Director of Community Relations, Eileen Drumm, are both lifelong residents of Western MA with years of experience working with seniors. The companies and individuals behind Armbrook Village, including the project's developer, also have strong local connections to Western MA. The project is being built by Sage Engineering & Contracting of Westfield. Lead financing for the project was provided by Hampden Bank of Springfield, with Clinton Savings Bank of Clinton MA, Savings Institute Bank & Trust of East Hampton, CT, and the Springfield office of Mass Development participating in the financing. The community will be managed professionally by an investor in the project, a Massachusetts-based company, Senior Living Residences (SLR). SLR currently owns and/or manages ten other senior communities, all of them in Massachusetts. The company has been at the forefront of creating innovative independent living, assisted living and memory support communities in New England for over 20 years.

Having local, hands-on ownership and operations management ensures complete attention to detail and a strong commitment to the success of this community over the long term.

Serving Western Massachusetts

Located on North Road near the intersection of Routes 10 and 202 on the Southampton side of Westfield, Armbrook Village is only minutes from the Mass Pike and Route 91, providing easy access to the area’s shopping, dining and cultural attractions, as well as local medical services and facilities. We are a short drive from Noble Hospital and only 10 minutes from the Holyoke Mall.

We look forward to serving individuals from all over Western Mass, including Westfield, West Springfield, Holyoke, Southampton, Agawam, Southwick, Easthampton, Northampton, and Westhampton. We also serve the nearby Hill Towns, including Montgomery, Russell, Huntington, Blandford and Chester. We think the residents of South Hadley, Chicopee and Granville will want to take a look at our community given our close proximity. And we open our arms to Connecticut residents of Suffield, West Suffield, East Granby, Granby and Enfield.
