Jennifer Hoadley, Program Director

Jenn Hoadley, the full-time Program Director of The BayView’s Memory Support Neighborhood, holds a degree in Therapeutic Recreation and is among the most experienced assisted living Alzheimer's Program Directors in Massachusetts. Jenn joined The BayView in October 2007 with six years of experience with other leading assisted living providers in the region. She most recently served as Program Director at Neville Place in Cambridge, which is also managed by Senior Living Residences. Additionally, she served as Program Director for Benchmark’s Harbor Program at Greystone Farm in Salem, NH and for a Hearthstone Alzheimer Care community in Brockton, MA.
Annemarie Russell, LPN, Resident Care Director

Annemarie Russell is a nurse with more than 20 years of direct patient care experience working with seniors in assisting living, nursing home, home health and medical office settings, with specific expertise in providing care for those with Alzheimer’s disease. Prior to joining The BayView, Ms. Russell served as Resident Care Manager for Hearthstone Alzheimer Care Assisted Living.

Professional Advisor bringing her "Memory Preservation Nutrition® Program" to The BayView

Nancy Emerson Lombardo, Ph.D. has worked for over 25 years in the fields of Alzheimer’s disease and services for older adults. She is a founder of both the national Alzheimer’s Association and Alzheimer’s Disease International and currently serves on the Medical and Scientific Advisory Committee for the Massachusetts Alzheimer’s Association. She is also an investigator with the Boston University Alzhiemer's Disease Center and a member of the Gerontological Society of America and the International Academy of Nutrition and Aging. She is delighted to partner with Senior Living Residences, the company that owns The BayView, to bring her nutrition program to residents of The BayView.
Sandra Baldinger, PharmD, MS, Director of Pharmacy Services, Dovetail Health
Personal Pharmacist Consultation for BayView Residents

Dr. Baldinger is responsible for developing and overseeing Dovetail Health’s Clinical Pharmacy Program as well as the operations and infrastructure to support the program. She is also involved in various clinical program development projects that focus on strategies to improve the quality of pharmaceutical care and outcomes in seniors and using technology to support clinical processes. Additionally, Dr. Baldinger is a Clinical Assistant Professor at Northeastern University School of Pharmacy and an Adjunct Professor of Clinical Pharmacy at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.
