Cape Cod Senior Residences at Pocasset features 24 independent senior apartments and 60 apartments for those who want or require the option of assisted living personal care services.

Our assisted living services are delivered with care and compassion, enhancing residents' independence and dignity and providing peace of mind for residents and their families. Residents have the option to obtain the optional assisted living services from other service providers.

The Most Affordable Assisted Living Option Available on the Upper Cape!

Unlike other assisted living communities, Cape Cod Senior Residences does not charge move-in, health assessment or community fees. We can save you $3,000 to $5,000 before you even move in! You also save every month with our lower monthly fees. We offer Independent Living and Assisted Living featuring a range of apartment accommodations, service options and reasonable monthly rates.

Age & Income Limits

Cape Cod Senior Residences, an affordably-oriented community, is open to seniors 65 years or older whose incomes are at or below 60 percent of the area median income. The 2008 limits are $31,080 for an individual and $35,520 for a couple.

The limits are based on gross annual income (social security, pensions, etc.) plus 2% of assets (home, bank accounts, CDs, etc.). Many seniors are concerned that if they own a house, they may not "qualify" for residency at Cape Cod Senior Residences. This is not always the case. Through a simple phone call, our staff can begin to determine whether you meet the financial criteria for residency at Cape Cod Senior Residences. Please call us at 508-564-4474.

Directions from the North over the Bourne Bridge

Take Route 6 along the canal, following signs for Cape Cod
and the Bourne Bridge
Go over the Bourne Bridge & ½ way around the rotary onto Route 28
At the next rotary (the Mass Military Reservation exit), go
¼ of the way around the rotary toward the Route 28A exit
Stay straight on the rotary exit road, going through the lights onto Lake Drive
Go left at the end of the road onto Old County Road
Take a sharp right at the top of the hill onto County Road
Take an immediate left at Dr. Julius Kelley Lane
