The new senior community is under construction now in the heart of Methuen’s central business district.

The Development Team The new community is being developed by David P. Spada, Principal of DS Development LLC located in Newton, MA. Mr. Spada has assembled a professional team with vast experience in the Assisted Living industry to design, construct and manage Methuen Village.
