Methuen Village is managed by Senior Living Residences, a trusted leader in independent living, assisted living and Alzheimer's care in New England since 1990. The community's local management team of compassionate professionals is unsurpassed. Their combined experience in healthcare, geriatrics, assisted living and Alzheimer’s care, as well as their knowledge of available local resources for older adults, are a great asset for Methuen Village residents.

	Seth Dudley, Executive Director Seth Dudley is a seasoned senior housing operator. He has a strong record of leadership and an excellent reputation in the Merrimack Valley and Southern New Hampshire as a resource to elders. Prior to joining Senior Living Residences, Mr. Dudley worked for Benchmark Assisted Living of Wellesley, Massachusetts, during which time he served as Executive Director for four assisted living communities. Mr. Dudley also worked for Hearthstone Alzheimer’s Care of Massachusetts as Executive Director of a memory support program. He has an MBA in Aging Services from the Erickson School, University of Maryland.
	Leanna Moran, Assistant Executive Director Leanna Moran, a Merrimack Valley resident, served as a professional guardian and care manager for the last five years. She has a Masters degree in clinical social work, and owned and operated her own guardianship business, serving hundreds of elders throughout Massachusetts. Ms. Moran has a comprehensive understanding of senior lifestyle options, and has assisted her clients over the years in making healthcare, housing, and financial decisions.
	Kathleen Gabriel, Resident Care Director Ms. Gabriel, a seasoned nurse, has worked with elders for 35 years in various settings - hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, hospice, and assisted living. Most recently, she served as Executive Director for six years at an assisted living community in New Hampshire. Ms Gabriel oversees the wellness program at Methuen Village, ensuring that residents are assessed regularly and provided with the personal care and attention they need, when they need it.
	Heather Carroll, Memory Support Neighborhood Program Director Heather Carroll has been trained and certified as a dementia practitioner, and as a licensed social worker. For the last six years she worked in the skilled care setting as a director and behavioral specialist. Ms. Carroll is active in the Alzheimer’s care community, and has served on various committees for Elder Services of Worcester. She develops innovative Alzheimer’s care programming and manages the staff in Methuen Village's secure Memory Support Neighborhood
	Kathleen Corey Rahme, Social Program Director Ms. Corey Rahme, a Methuen native, is a community activist and event organizer and is well-known locally for founding the Methuen Youth Corps, an active volunteer group. She served on the Methuen City Council, and continues to work on projects that bring students and local Veterans together. Her professional experience includes working in long-term care in safety and risk management, and coordinating in-service education for healthcare professionals. Ms. Corey Rahme oversees Methuen Village's vibrant social, wellness and cultural programs.
	Benjamin Boulter, Business Manager Benjamin Boulter has extensive experience as a Director of Business Administration at several Massachusetts assisted living communities, including Chestnut Park at Cleveland Circle in Newton, Waltham Crossings, and The Birches at Concord in New Hampshire.  Ben has a firm understanding of the financial options that are available to seniors, including long-term care insurance and the Veterans Aid and Attendance Benefit.
	Kim Smith, Food Service Director Kim Smith is an experienced Executive Chef and Food Service Director. She received a degree in culinary arts and restaurant management from Johnson and Wales University, and learned her trade as a sous chef at the famous El Morocco Restaurant in Worcester, MA. Over the years, she has cooked for both senior independent living and assisted living communities, and is known in the business for her creativity and signature recipes.

The Development Team
Methuen Village was developed by David P. Spada, Principal of DS Development LLC, located in Newton, MA.  Mr. Spada assembled a professional team with vast experience in the assisted living industry to design, construct and manage Methuen Village. DS Development collaborated with its team members with the goal of creating a senior living community and environment which fosters social interaction and promotes the overall health, well-being and independence of its senior residents.
