Our 1928 Colonial Revival style building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, but it is thoroughly modern when it comes to comfort, conveniences and amenities! Our new community, which opened in February 2006, features 73 private spacious apartments, as well as a variety of spacious community areas for residents and their guests to enjoy.

Nashoba Park is situated in a residential area above Ayer downtown with new-home construction and young families. Our hilltop location, the site of the former Ayer Community Hospital, affords lovely views of Wachusett Mountain, Nashoba Valley and surrounding woodlands.

Nashoba Park is a monthly rental community offering Assisted Living. Our supportive services, delivered with care and compassion, enhance residents' independence and dignity and provide peace of mind for residents and their families. We offer a range of accomodations and service packages. Specific monthly rates depend upon the size and location of the apartment, as well as service options chosen by the resident. Please call for information about our all-inclusive monthly rates. Families appreciate that our community does not have any hidden charges or surprise fees.

Directions

From Ayer Downtown:

From East Main Street in downtown Ayer (2A east/west and 111 north/south), turn onto Washington Street. Take the 4th right onto Highland Ave. At the top of the hill, take a right onto Winthrop Ave. Nashoba Park is on the left.

Our community is easily accessible from the area's major highways -- Rts. 495, 290, and 2, as well as the local secondary routes -- 2A, 110 and 111. We are convenient to public transportation. The commuter rail - Boston to Fitchburg Line - stops in downtown Ayer.
