Michael LeBrun Executive Director, Cape Cod Senior Residences, Pocasset, MA Michael LeBrun joined Senior Living Residences in 2005 to manage the daily operations of Cape Cod Senior Residences, an affordable tax credit project featuring independent senior housing and assisted living. His broad experience in both assisted living and finance are an excellent combination given the complicated financial and leasing structure inherent in tax credit projects. Previously, Mr. LeBrun served as Director of Marketing & Community Outreach at the Heritage, an assisted living community in Falmouth, MA, where he was responsible for resident relations while achieving 100% occupancy during his tenure. Prior to that he served as Mortgage Lending Officer at Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank of Falmouth/Mashpee, MA. Mr. LeBrun is a member of the Massachusetts Assisted Living Facilities Association (Mass-ALFA) and the Cape Cod Community Resource Group. Previously he served on the Cape Cod Healthcare Customer Service Steering Committee. Mr. LeBrun graduated with honors earning his marketing degree from Babson College in Wellesley, MA.
